Release date restored to patch cover letters

Last October, I made the observation that metadata, in particular the patch release date had gone missing from the OpenVMS patch cover letters.

I'm happy to report that with the help of Sujatha Ramani and Vivek Sharanappa in OpenVMS Engineering, this problem has been fixed, and the release date is again an intergral part of the patch cover letter.
