Itaniums go live

Today, I did some major surgery on the production cluster. I've added in a pair of BL860c Integrity blade servers, removed the Alpha quorum node, rebooted the Integrity quorum node, and rebooted all the Alphas in the cluster to adjust their EXPECTED_VOTES value.

I was a little concerned about rebooting the Alphas, as they hadn't been booted in nearly 300 days, which pre-dates my contract start date, but everything worked well. No problems were reported during overnight processing (and believe me, the overnight processing here would shake anything out if it was there to be shaken).

The next step is to migrate a small number of users to the new systems, which will happen on Tuesday.
