Where is errchk.h?

Recently, I have been getting queries from people that are finding the C programming examples directly (for example, via Google). Because they don't see the Code examples page they tend to miss the link to errchk.h that's there.

Therefore, I have updated the PHP that generates the code listings to include a hyperlink to the code for errchk.h. Let's hope that will make it easier for them.
