ACS upgraded to 8.8-2

We have been waiting for ACS 8.8 to upgrade our HSG80 storage controllers for a long time. A really long time.

Finally, we have the hundred or so 8.8-2 cards in hand to upgrade our controllers, and I swapped out the five pairs in the development cluster this afternoon.

Hopefully this will put paid to the mount verification and controller hangs we have experienced as OpenVMS has become better at doing I/O while the controllers haven't...
