Path switches

Recently, in article "Programmatic path switches", I mentioned a problem with $SET_DEVICEW returning SS$_SSFAIL.

It turns out that under specific circumstances, this is a valid return code. It would have been nice of Engineering to document that.

Now that I know, I can ignore this error and continue on my way. Maybe in a future version, there will be a more informative return status supplied.
