Upgrade to MT 2.65

I've just updated the site to Movable Type version 2.65. There are a couple of security related fixes in this version, which now they have been announced, made it rather imperative to upgrade quickly.

I was actually in such a hurry that I accidently deleted my mt.cfg file. I nearly had a heart attack. Fortunately, I had it backed up on my machines here.
