Weekly wrapup

Not much in the way of work happenings over the short Thanksgiving week. I looked at the projects that are on at the moment and decided that I would try and knock over my Fibrechannel path balancing program.

The week before I had a flash as to how I could get the balancing algorithm working. A simple application of the KISS Principle got me on the right track. I had been trying to do too much with the data that I was getting back from each individual host...

Anyway, with the balance bit out of the way, it all fell into place, and I managed to get working code out by Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday was spent doing code cleanup and commenting.

Now to have an uneventful four days off.
