DBM X01-05

DBM X01-05 released. While testing the EMC frame, I found a nasty bug. I don't know how I missed it previously (probably lazy testing, I guess). Anyway, it's been fixed.

I also added a proper message file to the program, and did a few things better.

Download DBM.ZIP from the usual place.
