Bits and pieces

A mate of mine wonders how I find time to keep this site updated. Two words: Movable Type. Thanks, Ben and Mena.

We assembled most of the new Alphaserver GS160 today. Unfortunately, we had a bent pin in one of the CPU to PCI cables, which stopped us rather dead. I was attempting to get the PCI cages set up, but I got sidetracked on making sure that other people knew what was happening with the machine. So that will have to happen tomorrow.

As long as there is time to burn it in before it goes live, I'll be happy.
