I'm playing with accessibility features on the site at the moment. Originally, when I heard about the push for accessible web pages, I didn't think I would have enough experience to objectively judge my pages for compliance, and I actually said as much on my personal site.
However, after reading Mark Pilgrim's web book about accessibility, I actually feel like I may have a handle on it.
I have validated all my pages through Bobby, and everything passed with the exception of the blog and archive indexes. This is because there are multiple link texts that point to different resources. Bobby suggests setting the title attribute for the links, but doing this apparently makes no difference to the validator (something broken there?)
So I can feel a minor redesign coming up that will relegate comment and trackback links to the individual archive pages (with the exception of the latest article).
So, in the next day or so, expect the layout to change, and an accessibility statement to appear in the nav bar.
