DBM X01-02

OK, as promised, I have released DBM to the wild. The program uses Fast I/O from multiple kernel threads to hammer away at a non-file structured disk doing various mixes of reads and writes at various I/O sizes and measures the I/O count and elapsed times.

Comments on the code are appreciated.
