This site tracks ECO releases for the OpenVMS operating system. It's invaluable for quickly finding out what patches you should be applying.

Update: The link above is to a machine at the Sydney CSC. The site was put together prior to the HP/Compaq merger. A new site called the IT Resouce Center has now assimilated the VMS patch list (registration required).
