VMS 7.3

After two months of planning, research, and testing on a development cluster, we are about to upgrade two major production clusters to VMS 7.3. The frustrating thing about this upgrade has been the frequency of patches being released for 7.3.

Fortunately, there have been no showstoppers for the upgrade. No problems are expected over the weekend (touch wood).
