ISP Failings

I have been attempting to locate an ISP that will do reasonable cost DSL to my house. Living over 16000 feet from the CO makes the vendors very wary of providing service. Most want to sign me up for IDSL, which is a smokescreen for ISDN. Also, it is becoming more and more difficult to find a vendor that does ADSL, static IP addresses, and allows servers.

While the search continues, I am looking at using My Domain's redirection services. This looks like a viable way of establishing the site quickly.
